What this service does

CollegeCompass360 is a free, independent service that connects adults with schools. We are not a school, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education or any other government agency. We do not award grants, scholarships, or financial aid of any kind, and we cannot tell you whether you qualify. Grant amounts shown are the published federal maximums for the 2026–27 award year; most students receive less, and whether you qualify is determined by your FAFSA results and the school you attend. Applying for federal aid is free at studentaid.gov. Not all programs are eligible for all types of aid. This is an offer for educational opportunities, not an offer of, or a guarantee of, employment. Program outcomes vary by institution. We are paid by the schools and partners we connect you with, which is how the service stays free to you.

We pass the request you send to the businesses named on our partners page. Those businesses decide independently whether and how to contact you, what programmes to offer, and whether to admit you.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and in the United States to send a request. You agree to give accurate information, to submit only your own information, and to have the right to receive calls and texts at the number you provide.

Your consent to be contacted

When you check the consent box you agree to be contacted as that text describes, by us and by the businesses named on our partners page, including by automated calls and texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or enrolment. You can withdraw it at any time — reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, tell a caller, or email us. See the Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee admission to any programme, the availability or amount of any grant, scholarship or other aid, or any employment or income outcome. Aid decisions are made by Federal Student Aid, state agencies and the school you attend, based on your FAFSA and their own policies. Information on this site is general and may change; federal maximums are shown as published by Federal Student Aid, and most students receive less.

Third parties

Schools, education providers and advertisers are independent of us. We are not responsible for their programmes, their statements, their pricing or their privacy practices. Links to other sites, including studentaid.gov, are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, stolen or third-party information.
• Do not use automated means to submit requests, scrape the site, or probe its security.
• Do not interfere with the site’s operation or attempt to access data that is not yours.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may refuse service, remove a request, or block access if we believe these Terms are being broken.

Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to CollegeCompass360 or its licensors. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purpose. You may not copy, republish or resell any part of it without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CollegeCompass360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from any contact by a school or partner. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CollegeCompass360 against claims and costs arising from information you submit that is not yours or not accurate, or from your breach of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

General

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger or sale of the business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the site.
